We may also collect information automatically when you use Kasyon, including log data, IP addresses, and cookies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our services • Send you transactional emails (account updates, inquiry notifications) • Send you marketing communications (only with your consent) • Match customers with relevant suppliers through our AI recommendation engine • Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform • Comply with legal obligations under Philippine law • Protect against fraud and unauthorized access

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Other users: Supplier profiles and public business information are visible to customers on the platform. Customer inquiries are shared with the relevant supplier. • Service providers: Third-party vendors that help us operate our platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data. • Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Kasyon or others.

We will never share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

• Keep you logged in across sessions • Remember your preferences • Analyze platform usage through analytics tools (PostHog) • Improve performance and user experience

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account:

• Profile data is deleted within 30 days • Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes • Backup data may persist for up to 90 days before permanent deletion

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Kasyon is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of Kasyon after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
